Thanks to a friend, I have fallen in love!!! LOL! I looooooove mystery! Bobbsie(sp?) twins and Hardy boys are a bit young for me...   So, Thanks to Doyle and {friend}, i now have some interesting mystery to keep me busy! =D The book composed of books looks about a mile thick but that makes it more Mysterious! :P I have read a little bit before but not a lot so i am excited! =D

Ok... time to calm down and stop bouncing in my seat... =D (oops! i forgot where i was.... at the doctors office... =Z LOL!!)

My dad had a snow day today and my sister was going to go to a friends house and we were going to have a day off from school.... i dont know what is going on now... =) I guess i will find out soon... =)

A couple nights ago, my brother and I had a "sleepover".... We had some yummy stuff and watched  a movie. =) And i decided to get my camera out... =P

Hey People!

last time i didnt have much time to post so here i am. =) I am in the middle of writing an essay for english and let me tell you-I was NOT gifted with writing talents.... Oh well! In Math, I am going through learning about investing in stocks.... Now Business Math is pretty easy.(very unlike Algebra...) =P In History I am reading about the Age of Industry; In Chemistry(another not-likeable subject...) we are going through elements, learning what they are used for, etc....; Spanish we are in the middle of writing a story... (Goldylocks and the three bears in our own words.....); and spelling is, well, Spelling...

Yesterday, our church had a noon fellowship because a former missionary family came. Three families involved in the Spanish ministrystayed at the church from noon till the spanish service so we played Apples to Apples (the girls and the boys played separate...) For some reason, the guys played for a loooooooooooooooooooong time and FINALLY one of them was declared the winner and he had like 27 cards..... Us girls were pretty "normal"... I think... =P I had fun... =P Today, I did my school classes this morning and right now i am staying with a Lady from our church who recently had knee surgery.

Well, lest i ramble on and on and on and on.... Well, I should finish.... =P Hope you all had and will have a blessed week!

apologies to my readers.... i do not have much time right now to post.... I had some vaccination shots today and my arms are kinda sore. Besides that, all is going pretty good. The shots have left me feeling lightheaded and a tiny bit sick but I am going to live. LOL!

Let me encourage you today- Do Not do everything while in your mind you are saying, “I wonder what so-and-so would think if I did this” or, “will anyone notice if I do this”, or, “I wonder what is popular”. If you go around your whole life being a man-pleaser, you are going to get NOWHERE in your relationship with GOD! When you do something make your thoughts be, “am I doing this to please God?”, “Will God be pleased with me if I do this?”, “Is this what God wants me to do?”. Let everything you do be done to the glory of God!

Another thing, don’t try to make yourself into something or someone you are not. Be yourself! And don’t try to make someone else be something different. Some people have different personalities... Some are serious, some are care-free, some people are deep thinkers, some are not, some people are detailed, some are not, some people are enthusiastic, some people are always calm. 

I don’t know where it came from but I had this picture on my computer which fits very well with this topic.

If you try to be something you are not, you are deceiving others. No one can be YOU but YOU! Everyone around you needs you in some way. You are a unique, one of a kind, important creation of God.

I realize it is a few days late but... oh well! =) On Saturday, we celebrated the last day of 2011 with our church family. The first thing we did was eat(of course! Dont all parties start with food? =P) After eating, we had a devotion and sang some songs. After that, we played some games. I played Dutch Blitz, Banana Grahams, and Loaded Questions. So fun!!!!! I love playing Loaded Questions with an extremely large group! (Soooooo many people that you have to "invent" more "pawns") This time, someone was using a ring and someone else was using a banana graham piece. =) I had fun!!!!

We left the church around 10:30 and went home. I stayed up till after midnight but some were tired so they went to bed. Yesterday, we got the first REAL snow. =) It is still on the ground and snowing as we speak. Yesterday, Our church had a ministry at a nursing home and one at an extended care place in a hospitol. We also have a spanish service every week. I stayed at the church with one of my friends family for lunch. We had tacos and they were YUMMY!!!! We also played a couple games. The first day of this year was really fun and I praise the LORD!!!
